TAKE NOTICE THAT:
 
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
 
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Macon, Bibb County, Georgia and being part of Lot 1, Square 24 of the Southwest commons of said city, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point of the westerly side of Broadway 90 feet 2 inches from the southwesterly corner of the intersection of Broadway and Hazel Street (as Broadway and said southwest comer of said intersection are fixed and established by virtue of an encroachment into Hazel Street of 20 feet and into Broadway of 18 feet along said Lot 1, said encroachment deed being recorded in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 184, Folio 198); and from said beginning point proceeding thence southwesterly along Broadway 35 feet to a point; thence at right angles in a northerly direction 25 feet 6 inches to a point; thence at right angles in an easterly direction 13 feet to a point thence at right angles in a northerly direction 9 feet 6 inches to a point; thence at right angles in an easterly direction 85 feet 6 inches to Broadway and said point of beginning. There is a dwelling located on said property known as 1223 Broadway, Macon, Bibb County, Georgia, according to the present system of numbering in Macon, Bibb County, Georgia.
 
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 13th day of December 2025.
 
The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of August 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bibb County, Georgia in Deed Book 9310, Page 165 said records.
 
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 13th day of December 2025 at 5:00 p.m. by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law the undersigned at the following address:
