The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

Macon, Ga 31206
Tax Parcel No. O094-0242
The right to redeem will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after Nov. 7, 2025 not less than 60 days from the date of this notice.
The tax sale in which the above-described property was sold was conducted on August 6, 2024 of tax sale by the Tax Commissioner of Bibb County, Georgia.
The property was sold to and is now held by Built On Faith Enterprises LLC.
The amount required to redeem is as follows:
The purchase price at the tax sale: $ 28,000
Interest at the rate 20% allowed by law: $ 5,600
Plus all taxes paid by the undersigned since the sale: $ 0
Plus any other lawful charges: $ 2,000
TOTAL REDEMPTION AMOUNT: $35,600
