CENTRE MEADOWS 3-BEDROOM WAITING LIST WILL OPEN 10/12/26 The Lexington Housing Authority (LHA) will accept applications for the Centre Meadows Apartments (Project-Based Housing Choice Voucher/RAD-PBV), starting 12:00 a.m., Monday, October 12, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. Friday, November 13, 2026: Centre Meadows Apartments – Three (3) Bedroom Waiting List ONLY located at 1301, 1317 & 1333 Centre Parkway In addition to the requirements for the project based voucher housing choice voucher program, Centre Meadows is a Self-Sufficiency site and requires that the head-of-household or spouse/co-head-of-household must demonstrate he/she has been working for at least 20 hours per week. The work requirement is demonstrated by verified employment at eligibility certification or signing a lease for a Centre Meadows. Full-time students may be eligible for occupancy at Centre Meadows if certain requirements are met. Elderly and disabled persons who meet all of the Self-Sufficiency Housing requirements with the exception of the work requirement may be eligible for these units.
