NOTICE TO INFORM At the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council meeting on August 13, 2026 Ordinances 66-2026 through 67-2026 were enacted related to:1) An Ordinance changing the zone from a Light Industrial (I-1) and a Wholesale and Warehouse Business (B-4) zone to a Corridor Node (CN) zone, for 4.355 net (7.423 gross) acres, for property located at 416, 422-424, 426, 430, 436, 442, and 451 Chair Avenue; 441 Hayman Avenue; and 633 South Broadway; 2) amending the authorized strength by creating one (1) sworn position of Police Sergeant, in the Div. of Police, effective upon passage of Council.
