RFP-Construction Public Restroom Remodel The Paul Sawyier Public Library Board of Trustees is requesting sealed bids for a Lump Sum General Construction Award for restrooms (men's and women's) on the first floor of the Paul Sawyier Public Library building, located at 319 Wapping Street, Frankfort, KY. Bids must be received at the Paul Sawyier Public Library, 319 Wapping Street, Frankfort, KY no later than 12 p.m. local time on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Bids will be opened and the project awarded on Tuesday, September 8, at 5:30 PM at the regular scheduled Board meeting. Bid specifications may be picked up at the front desk of the Paul Sawyier Library during normal library operation hours, or downloaded from the library website at pspl.org. Anyone wishing to visit the site may do so by first contacting the library director, Jean Ruark, at 502-320-3922 or Facilities Manager Charles Luttrell at 502-682-1029. A representative of Paul Sawyier Library will accompany each bidder during the onsite visit. Bids are to be lump sum and valid for 45 days from the date of opening.
