ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROGRESSIVE DESIGN – BUILD QUALIFICATIONS B L U E G R A S S A I R P O R T FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY Terminal Custodial Services PROPOSALS must be submitted to LFUCAB on or before June 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. LFU- CAB will not accept late submissions. In response, four (4) hard copies and one (1) digital copy of the written proposal and letter of interest are to be submitted by interested firms THE PROJECT is being issued to obtain terminal custodial services to support and maintain all public and select secured areas of the airport terminal building. Areas of work include airport public circulation spaces, restrooms, ticketing lobby, security checkpoint queuing, baggage claim lobby, rental car queuing, gate lounges, hallways, passenger boarding bridges, sidewalks, crosswalks, parking garage circulation spaces, and other areas that passengers and employees interact with. Additional facilities include the Maintenance Facility (SRE) and Customs Facility (CBP). Some of the described areas are located within secured areas and controlled by the Transportation Security Administration, requiring background security checks and airport credentialing for access. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE There will be a virtual pre-proposal meeting held at 10:00 A.M EST. June 11, 2026. RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS. The LFUCAB reserves the right to reject any and all RFQ’s, or to accept any RFQ’s in which it deems to be the most advantageous to the public and to the LFUCAB. If LFUCAB accepts a qualified firm pursuant to this RFQ, the final award is contingent upon the review and execution of a contract agreement that is agreed upon by both parties. Costs to Prepare Responses: LFUCAB assumes no responsibility or obligation to the respondents and will make no payment for any costs associated with the preparation or submission of proposals.
