PROTESTING YOUR 2025 PROPERTY ASSESSMENT The 2026 Fayette County real property values are now available at FayettePVA.com. Property values are also accessible in person Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m., and 4:00 p.m. and on two Saturdays, May 9 & May 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Property owners who do not agree with their assessment have the right to protest the value and conference with a PVA assessor. Begin the process online at FayettePVA.com/protest. Complete the online protest process by Monday, May 18. If an agreement cannot be reached, property owners may appeal to the Local Board of Tax Appeals.
