NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Kentucky Housing Corporation (the "Corporation") on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. via teleconference. Pursuant to Revenue Procedure 2022-20, the public hearing may be accessed by dialing the Toll-free Number 1-209-844-4600 PIN is 14768554#. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of tax-exempt revenue obligations, which may be issued in the form of bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness (the "Bonds"), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $7,000,000, pursuant to Chapter 198A of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, as amended. If the Bonds are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to Baunta Apartments LLLP, which is organized in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, or its successors and assigns (the "Borrower") for the purpose of (a) financing a portion of the acquisition, construction and equipping of a multifamily residential rental facility containing an aggregate of approximately ninety-eight (98), located near the intersection of 3816 Camelot Drive, Lexington, Kentucky 40517, to be known as Baunta Apartments (the "Project"), (b) funding reserves and (c) paying certain costs of issuance of the Bonds. The initial owner, operator or manager of the Project is expected to be the Borrower. THE BONDS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION, THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY. THE BONDS ARE PAYABLE SOLELY FROM FUNDS PAID BY THE BORROWER AND SHALL BE SECURED BY COLLATERAL FURNISHED BY THE BORROWER. Persons wishing to express their views regarding the Project and the issuance of the Bonds may appear at the hearing or may submit comments in writing. Written comments should be marked "RE: Baunta Apartments" and should be submitted to the Corporation at 1231 Louisville Road, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601, Attn: Winston E. Miller, Executive Director, and should be mailed in sufficient time to be received before the date of the hearing. Any person requiring reasonable, special accommodation to participate in this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact Winston E.
