ADVERTISEMENT FOR SALE OF 2022 Thoroughbred mare, My Lil Punky Pursuant to KRS Chapter 376.400, please take notice that Cherie DeVaux Racing, Inc. shall sell at public auction a 2022 Thoroughbred mare, My Lil Punky, (the "Horse"), in order to satisfy its lien in said Horse in the amount of $42,403.13, together with interest thereon, subject to the following terms and conditions: (i) at the time of the sale, the successful bidder shall make payment in full for the Horse in either cash or certified funds made payable to "Cherie DeVaux Racing, Inc." or as directed by the process and procedures of Fasig-Tipton; (ii) the successful bidder shall take title and possession of said Horse AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties of any kind being made by Cherie Devaux Racing, Inc., including, without limitation, any warranties regarding the condition of the Horse or suitability of the Horse for any particular purpose; and (iii) the successful bidder shall take immediate possession of the Horse upon payment in full. Cherie DeVaux Racing, Inc. is in possession of the subject Horse and hereby expressly reserves its creditor bid right up to $42,403.13, the total principal amount of the lien held by Cherie DeVaux Racing, Inc.
