Blue Grass Airport is experiencing significant growth and increase in aviation demand. As a part of the terminal area plan improvements, LEX will encounter growth in rental vehicle operations and parking demands, including a new separate ready return facility. The overall process will identify the firms with the best qualifications, key personnel, and approach to collaborate with LFUCAB to design and construct the project. The LFUCAB reserves the right to reject any and all RFQ's, or to accept any RFQ's in which it deems to be the most advantageous to the public and to the LFUCAB. If LFUCAB accepts a qualified firm pursuant to this RFQ, the final award is contingent upon the review and execution of a contract agreement that is agreed upon by both parties.
