Third Street, Lexington, KY 40508. This project is funded in whole or in part through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and is subject to all applicable federal requirements, including Davis-Bacon prevailing wages (General Decision KY20260090), HUD-4010 Federal Labor Standards, Build America Buy America (BABA), Equal Opportunity requirements, and federal suspension and debarment regulations.
