Middle Kentucky CAP, Inc. Invitation for Bid Notice is hereby given that Middle Kentucky Community Action Partnership, Inc. (MKCAP) will receive sealed bids for 1-5 2025 or current-year model Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV). No bidder's conference will be held. Questions should be addressed to MKCAP Transportation Director in writing no later than four (4) days prior to the bid opening. All potential bidders may request the purchaser to give clarifications and exceptions of approved equals for portions of the specifications by sending an email to c.spicer@mkcap.org or call 606-666-2452 ext. 239. Written responses or notice of any changes will be posted on MKCAP's website at https://www.mkcap.org/transportation.html no less than 48 hours prior to bid opening. The bidder must comply with all specified items, or the bid will be considered non-responsive. No exceptions to the specifications will be allowed after the bid opening. MKCAP will select the lowest price that meets all of the specifications listed. The sealed bids will be opened March 31, 2026, at 10:00am EST. Bidders are advised that bids submitted as part of this bid offering may not be withdrawn for a minimum of 90 days following the public bid opening.
