PUBLIC HEARING ANNOUNCEMENT Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority (LHA) will hold a Public Hearing regarding: the proposed FY 2027 Moving to Work (MTW) Annual Plan, Changes to Flat Rate Maintenance Fees, revisions to the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Administrative Plan, changes to the Public Housing Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and changes to the Ballard Apartments and Connie Griffith House Rules. The proposed Moving to Work Plan will include two new activities, and significant modifications to one previously approved activity. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 5:30 PM at 300 West New Circle Road. Attendees may register in advance by calling/texting Samantha Passalacqua at (859) 281-5080.
