NOTICE TO VENDORS Notice is hereby given that HPS will receive sealed Request for Proposals on the items listed below for the 2026-2027 school year, with possible eight (8) - one (1) year extensions. BREAD & BAKERY/ RELATED PRODUCTS MILK & DAIRY/ RELATED PRODUCTS Proposals will be received at the HPS office until the hour of 5:00 p.m. EST on April 13, 2026. Proposals will be reviewed and awarded on or before June 1, 2026 by the Food Service Administrators Advisory Committee and School Food Purchasing Advisory Committees. All proposals shall be on authorized forms.
