PROPOSAL FOR AUDIT SERVICES Harlan County Community Action Agency, Inc., a private non-profit, is now accepting proposals for an OMB Circular A-133 Audit of its financial records. Agency funds are received from numerous Federal agencies, the Commonwealth of KY, and local sources. The audit will be conducted for the year ending June 30, 2026. A Form 990 for an exempt organization must also be completed for the agency. Bidders must submit a copy of their latest peer review letter and indicate that they have met all educational requirements in accordance with the OMB Circular A-133 and the Compliance Supplement in force. Proof of malpractice insurance should be submitted with the bid package. If the bidder is a firm, it should describe its organization, size, structure, areas or practice, and office location(s). Successful bidder will have at least five (5) years' experience in a sealed envelope clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner with the following information: Proposal for Audit Services.
