LFUCAB will not accept a late submission. In response, four (4) hard copies and one (1) digital copy of the written proposal and letter of interest are to be submitted by interested firms THE PROJECT includes a base bid and additive alternate. The overall process will identify the firm with the best qualifications, key personnel, approach, and cost proposal to collaborate with LFUCAB to design and construct the Project. The LFUCAB proposes to award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Proposer, in combination with experience and qualifications. Proposer is advised that LFUCAB reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and/or technicalities in any Proposal or Bid Guaranty, to accept any Proposal deemed advantageous to it; and, to negotiate changes, deletions, or additions to these Contract Documents with the successful Proposer.
