PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD NOTICE A public hearing will be held Tuesday, March 24th, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST to obtain public input for the 2026 Annual Action Plan for Kentucky's Block Grant Housing Programs. Following the hearing, the 2026 Annual Action Plan will be available for public comment March 30th, 2026, through May 8th, 2026. The Annual Action Plan is the Commonwealth's application and distribution plan for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) Block Grant Programs (HOME, ESG, CDBG, HTF, and HOPWA). Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) and the Department for Local Government (DLG) are the agencies responsible for submission of the plan to HUD. Kentucky is in the process of drafting the 2026 Annual Action Plan, and a public hearing is being held for the purpose of obtaining public input. Both written and oral comments will be accepted and where applicable, will be incorporated into the document. Following the hearing, the 2026 Annual Action Plan will be available for public comment March 30th, 2026, through May 8th, 2026. The public hearing is scheduled for 10AM Tuesday, March 24th, 2026, at the Kentucky Housing Corporation West Annex Board Room at 1231 Louisville Road, Frankfort, KY 40601.
