Public Notice Lexington & Fayette County Parking Authority Notice is hereby given that the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority, Lexington, Kentucky (LFCPA) has received an unsolicited proposal for the purchase of a ground lease for the surface lot 168 North Upper Street, Lexington, Kentucky – known as "Property". Property consists of six parcels defined as 131, 137, 143 Church Street and 154, 160,168 North Upper Street, Lexington, Kentucky. In accordance with KRS 65.028 (17), LFCPA requests and will accept alternative proposals for the until 06 Feb 2026 by 2PM EST. Interested parties may submit alternative proposals via email to Laura Boison, Executive Director at lboison@lexpark.org.
