Public Notice Lexington & Fayette County Parking Authority Notice is hereby given that the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority, Lexington, Kentucky (LFCPA) has received an unsolicited proposal for the purchase the surface lot property located at 102 W Short Street in Lexington, Kentucky along with all appurtenances, equipment and other items (collectively, "Premises"). In accordance with KRS 65.028 (17), LFCPA requests and will accept alternative proposals for the until 06 Feb 2026 by 2PM EST. Interested parties may submit alternative proposals via email to Laura Boison, Executive Director at lboison@lexpark.org. At the conclusion of the notification period LFCPA may, at its discretion, issue a formal Request for Proposal via our standard procurement process.
