REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority ("LHA") invites submission of proposals for general pest control services for all dwelling units, buildings, offices, maintenance shops or other structures used, or maintained by the LHA. A pre-bid conference will be held at the LHA Central Office, 300 W. New Circle Road, Lexington, KY 40505 at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 22, 2026. Proposals will be received at the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority, 300 W. New Circle Road, Lexington, Kentucky 40505, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 12, 2026. The bid documents shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly labeled "Pest Control Services". The LHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality.
