INVITATION TO BID FOR HVAC & PLUMBING SERVICES The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority is requesting sealed bids for the establishment of a fixed price contract for general HVAC and Plumbing services, which includes, but is not limited to: A) Repairs of existing service B) Addition of new service Sealed bids will be received at 300 W. New Circle Rd., Lexington, KY 40505 until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
