EST on Friday, February 13, 2026, and then opened and read aloud on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 1 P.M. EST. The information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at GreenHouse17.org/requests-for-bids.
