NOTICE TO INFORM At the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council meeting on December 4,2025 Ordinances 112-118 were enacted related to: (1) An Ordinance expanding and extending the Full Urban Services District #1 for the Urban County Government for the provision of street lighting, street cleaning, and garbage and refuse collection to include certain properties on the following streets: Belhurst Way; Belleville Park; Blackford Parkway; Blue Sky Parkway; Buttermilk Rd.; Carnation Dr.; Cravat Pass; Denton Trail; Geneva Place; Halford Place; Meadowlark Rd.; Ontario Place; Polo Club Blvd.; Rabbit Warren Flat; Seneca Lake Rd.; Shady Cove; Ward Dr.; Berry Ridge Circle; and Lamont Dr.; (2) An Ordinance expanding and extending Partial Urban Services District #3 for the Urban County Government for the provision of garbage and refuse collection, to include the area defined as certain properties on the following streets: Bourbon Walk; Branham Park; and Weston Park.; (3) An Ordinance expanding and extending Partial Urban Services District #4 for the Urban County Government for the provision of street lighting, to include the area defined as certain properties on Stedman Dr.; (4) An Ordinance expanding and extending Partial Urban Services District #5 for the Urban County Government for the provision of street lighting and garbage and refuse collection, to include the area defined as certain properties on Redberry Circle; (5) An Ordinance amending certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures, and appropriating and re-appropriating funds; (6) An Ordinance amending the authorized strength by abolishing and creating twelve (12) classified positions, and transferring the incumbents, all in the Div. of Parks and Recreation,(7) An Ordinance amending certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to provide funds towards future expenditures recommended by the Mayor's Task Force on Homelessness and appropriating and re-appropriating funds.
