NOTICE TO INFORM At the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council meeting on November 18,2025, Ordinances 96-98 were enacted related to: (1) An Ordinance amending the following Section of Chapter 12 of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Code of Ordinances pertaining to Section 12-5 related to penalties to reduce the time period in which to assess citations and civil fines, and providing for an administrative cost of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250); (2) An Ordinance amending the Lexington-Fayette County Zoning Ordinance, as follows: amending Article 1 to add a definition for manufactured home and to update the definitions for mobile home and dwelling, and further amending Article 10, relating to the Mobile Home Park (M-1P) zone, in order to be compliant with state regulations regarding manufactured housing; (3) An Ordinance amending certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures, and appropriating and re-appropriating funds.These documents may be viewed in their entirety at https://bit.ly/ords96-98 or in the Council Clerk's Office at 200 E.
