Request for Proposals for Environmental Consultant Service The Cumberland Valley Area Development District (CVADD) based in London, KY, through a Brownfields Coalition Assessment Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), is requesting proposals from qualified environmental consulting/engineering firms for an area-wide Brownfields program focused on assessment of properties that may/do have hazardous substances. The RFP will be posted on the CVADD website at cvadd.org in the Documents section. Interested firms may also request the RFP from Ms. Susanna Cornett at scornett@cvadd.org. Proposals from qualified consulting/engineering firms must be received in the offices of the Cumberland Valley Area Development District no later than 4:00 PM on December 19, 2025.
