NOTICE REQUESTING QUALIFICATIONS Cass County, Missouri is requesting and soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified construction managers to provide Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) services in connection with the Cass County ICAC Project. The project may consist of the construction, renovation, or improvement of facilities to support Cass County's ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) operations. Construction management services may include services during the preconstruction phase, the construction phase, or both, as authorized by §§ 8.675–8.687, RSMo. Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted in accordance with the Request for Qualifications issued by Cass County and must be received no later than November 12, 2026, by 4:30 p.m. Four (4) copies shall be submitted to: Cass County Commission, c/o Frances Bracken, 102 East Wall Street, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701.
