NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE 47TH AND BROADWAY TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN AND REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT This notice is being provided, pursuant to Section 99.820.1(3), RSMo, to provide an opportunity for any interested parties to submit an alternative bid or proposal for the implementation of the 47th and Broadway Tax Increment Financing Plan ("Redevelopment Plan") and Redevelopment Project. The Redevelopment Area of the Redevelopment Plan is generally bounded by Pennsylvania Avenue, Summit Street, and Jefferson Street on the west, W 47th Street and W 46th Terrace on the north, Mill Creek Parkway on the east, and Ward Parkway on the south (the "Redevelopment Area"). The Redevelopment Project Area for the Redevelopment Project, as described by the Plan, is coterminous with the Redevelopment Area Redeveloper Packets are immediately available and the proposed Redevelopment Plan is now available at the Office of the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri's ("TIFC") Secretary, located at 300 Wyandotte, Suite 400, Kansas City, Missouri 64105, telephone number 816- 221-0636. The Redevelopment Plan is also be available on the following website: https://edckc.com/what-we-do/land-development/tif/. Proposals are due to the TIFC Secretary no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. There is a $2,000.00 application fee payable upon submission of a redevelopment proposal.
