View original fileNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on September 22, 2026, at City Hall, 2010 Howell, North Kansas City, Missouri, at which time citizens may be heard on the property tax rates proposed to be set by North Kansas City, Missouri, a political subdivision. The tax rates shall be set to produce the revenues that the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026, shows to be required from the property tax. Each tax rate is determined by dividing the amount of revenue required by the current assessed valuation. The result is multiplied by 100 so the tax rate will be expressed in cents per $100 valuation. This Notice is also published at the following locations: North Kansas City City Hall, 2010 Howell, North Kansas City, MO 64116; North Kansas City Public Library, 2251 Howell St, North Kansas City, MO 64116; and North Kansas City Parks Administration Building, 1201 Clark Ferguson Drive, North Kansas City, MO 64116.
