NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE DOWNTOWN STADIUM TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN AND REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT This notice is being provided, pursuant to Section 99.820.1(3), RSMo, to provide an opportunity for any interested parties to submit an alternative bid or proposal for the implementation of the Downtown Stadium Tax Increment Financing Plan ("Redevelopment Plan") and Redevelopment Project. The Redevelopment Area of the Redevelopment Plan is generally bounded by Main Street on the west, Kansas City Terminal Railway on the north, Gillham Road on the east, and 29th Street on the south. Redeveloper Packets are immediately available and the proposed Redevelopment Plan will be available at the Office of the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri's ("TIFC") Secretary, located at 300 Wyandotte, Suite 400, Kansas City, Missouri 64105, telephone number 816- 221-0636, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2026. The Redevelopment Plan will also be available on the following website: https://edckc.com/what-we-do/land-development/tif/. Proposals are due to the TIFC Secretary no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026. There is a $2,000.00 application fee payable upon submission of a redevelopment proposal. The TIFC reserves the right to reject all proposals and publish any additional requests for proposals as may be necessary. A previous request for proposals was published accompanying the TIFC's Notice of Public Hearing Regarding the Downtown Stadium Tax Increment Financing Plan and the Redevelopment Project Areas.
