Early Childhood Center - Addition to the existing CTEC building which will include new classrooms, storm shelter, site utility upgrades with a bioretention basin, and soft play area. Monticello Trails Middle School - Additions will include a precast multi-purpose addition, SPED / orchestra addition, site work upgrades, and a bioretention basin. A pre-bid meeting will be held onsite (6100 Monticello Rd. Shawnee, KS 66226) on July 30th at 2:00PM followed by a site walk at each location. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
