The project is a renovation of 16 apartment buildings totaling 66 apartment units, and 2 additional community building remodels. The scope of work includes exterior work on windows, siding, roofing, doors, concrete, steel, and asphalt paving. Interior work will consist of drywall repairs, cabinetry, flooring, doors and hardware, miscellaneous specialties, painting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing.
