TWENTY-THIRD AMENDMENT TO KCI CORRIDOR
TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN
This notice is being provided, pursuant to Section 99.825, RSMo, and in accordance with Section 99.830, RSMo, to inform you that there will be a public hearing held by the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri (the "Commission"), as follows:

WHY: regarding the Twenty-Third Amendment (the "Twenty-Third Amendment") to the KCI Corridor Tax Increment Financing Plan (the "Plan")
The purpose of this hearing is to consider recommending to the City Council of Kansas City, Missouri the approval of the Twenty-Third Amendment. The Twenty-Third Amendment provides for (1) modifications to the description of the public improvements, (2) modifications to the Budget of Redevelopment Project Costs, (3) modifications to the Anticipated Sources of Funds and (4) the inclusion of all conforming changes within the Exhibits to the Plan that are in furtherance of the foregoing modifications.
The Redevelopment Area, as described by the Plan, is generally bound by Tiffany Springs Parkway and NE 108th Street on the north, Barry Road on the south, Interstate 29 on the west, and Platte-Clay County line on the east in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.
The Twenty-Third Amendment, as proposed, may be reviewed by any interested party on or after September 2, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Commission Offices, located at 300 Wyandotte, Suite 400, Kansas City, Missouri 64105 and at the following website: https://edckc.com/what-we-do/land-development/tif/
Pursuant to RSMo Section 99.830.2(3), all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
In accordance with RSMo Section 99.830.3, each taxing district located wholly or partially within the Redevelopment Area may submit comments or objections to the Commission concerning the subject matter of the public hearing prior to the date of the public hearing by submitting such comments to Heather Brown at the following address:
