NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Grandview Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, at 6:00PM in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Grandview, Missouri, to consider the following: A Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) to add Accessory Dwelling Units as an accessory permitted use in both single-family residential zoning districts and amendments to ADU bulk regulations. The Grandview Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing on this proposed Zoning Text Amendment on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 7:00pm in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Grandview, Missouri. Interested individuals are invited to attend and submit comments and questions at either of these public hearings.
