NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Grandview Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 6:00PM in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Grandview, Missouri, to consider the following:
An application has been filed by Vince Fristoe to request a Zoning Map Amendment (ZMA) to change the zoning of 13008 13th Street. The parcel is legally described as:
BAKERS SUB--- LOTS 13 & S 10' LOT 14(KNOWN AS TR 2 ON CERT SURV T-60 PG-61)
The property is currently zoned R-1, Single-Family Residential District. The applicant is seeking to amend the zoning map and rezone the property to C-2, General Commercial District.
The Grandview Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing on this proposed Zoning Map Amendment on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 7:00pm in the Board Chambers at City Hall – 1200 Main Street.
Interested individuals are invited to attend and submit comments and questions at these public hearings. Owners of property within 185 feet of the property described above who wish to protest the Zoning Map Amendment application (PC26-11) may submit a protest petition to the Community Development Director prior to the Board of Aldermen public hearing. If valid protest petitions are received from owners of 30 percent or more of the subject property or within 185 feet, approval shall require a minimum two-thirds vote of the Board of Aldermen. Protest petitions are available at the Community Development Department at City Hall, 1200 Main Street.
