INVITATION TO BID KCKHA Contract #26-05-56 (18) The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified subcontractors for the complete interior modernization of three (3) out of the twelve (12) floors of Rosedale Tower located at 2314 W. 39th Avenue, Kansas City, KS 66103. The project will consist of but not limited to general and prime contract bid packages for; demolition, interior woodwork, doors, hardware, drywall assemblies, painting, flooring, bathroom and kitchen remodel, casework, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, electrical, fire protection and detection.
