PUBLIC NOTICE The U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) is considering a request for Federal assistance from MRIGlobal to construct the SCALE Center Infrastructure Project in North Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri. Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) of 1966, as amended, EDA is conducting an assessment of the proposed project to affect the environment and/or historic properties. The project consists of the interior renovation and build-out of existing space within an existing MRIGlobal owned building to create modular current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) biomanufacturing suites, including installation of process utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and manufacturing and analytical equipment. The project will be located at 1222 Ozark Street, North Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri 64116.
