Notice of Bond Sale $36,000,000 Maximum Principal Amount The Planned Industrial Expansion Authority of Kansas City, Missouri Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Trails at Bannister Apartment Homes Project), Series 2026 Sealed proposals for the purchase of the above-referenced bonds (the "Bonds") of The Planned Industrial Expansion Authority of Kansas City, Missouri (the "Authority") will be received by the Executive Director, on behalf of the Authority, at the office of the Executive Director, 300 Wyandotte Street, Suite 400, Kansas City, Missouri 64105, until 8:00 A.M., Central Time on June 18, 2026.
