Notice of Public Hearing A public hearing will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the Mid-Continent Public Library, Riverside Branch, 4510 NW Gateway Ave, Riverside, MO 64150. At this meeting, attendees may speak on the proposed tax rate to be set by Mid-Continent Public Library, a political subdivision in Missouri, and on the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The proposed tax rate shall be set to produce substantially the same revenue as required by the bud- get for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026. The proposed tax rate of 0.3175 is multiplied by 100 so the rate will be expressed in cents per $100 of valuation.
