SIXTEENTH AMENDMENT TO THE
PARVIN ROAD TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN
This notice is being provided, pursuant to Section 99.825, RSMo, and in accordance with Section 99.830, RSMo., to inform you that there will be a public hearing held by the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri (the "Commission"), as follows:

WHY: regarding the Sixteenth Amendment (the "Sixteenth Amendment") to the Parvin Road Tax Increment Financing Plan (the "Plan")
The purpose of this hearing is to consider recommending to the City Council of Kansas City, Missouri the approval of the proposed Sixteenth Amendment to the Plan, which provides for (1) modifications to the description of Project Improvements and Public Improvements, (2) modifications to the Estimated Redevelopment Project Costs, (3) modifications to the Sources of Funds, (4) modifications to the Redevelopment Schedule and (5) the inclusion of all conforming changes within the Exhibits to the Plan that are in furtherance of the foregoing modifications.
The Redevelopment Area described by the Plan, as amended, is an area generally bound by N.E. 48th Street, Parvin Road and the boundary of Kansas City on the north, the boundary of Kansas City and the railroad tracks on the east, Missouri Route 210 and the railroad tracks on the south and North Bennington Avenue on the west in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri.
The Sixteenth Amendment, as proposed, may be reviewed by any interested party on or after June 3, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Commission Offices, located at 300 Wyandotte, Suite 400, Kansas City, Missouri 64105 and at the following website: https://edckc.com/what-we-do/land-development/tif/.
In accordance with Section 99.830.2(3), RSMo, all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
In accordance with Section 99.830.3, RSMo, each taxing district located wholly or partially within the Redevelopment Area may submit comments or objections to the Commission concerning the subject matter of the public hearing prior to the date of the public hearing by submitting such comments to Heather Brown at the following address:
