NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Grandview Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, at 6:00PM in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Grandview, Missouri, to consider the following: A Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) to create a definition for an Event Space use category and add event spaces as a principal permitted use in the C-2, General Commercial and C-3, Downtown Commercial District. The Grandview Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing on this proposed Zoning Text Amendment on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026, at 7:00pm in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Grandview, Missouri. Interested individuals are invited to attend and submit comments and questions at either of these public hearings.
