Notice of Closure and Voluntary Medicare Termination Ignite Medical Resort Rainbow Boulevard located at 3910 Rainbow Blvd., Suite 400, Kansas City, KS 66103, will be closing and will no longer participate in the Medicare Program (Title XVIII of the Social Security Act) as of May 8, 2026 ("Voluntary Termination Date"). The Medicare program will not make payment for inpatient skilled nursing services furnished to patients who are admitted on or after the Voluntary Termination Date. For patients admitted prior to the Voluntary Termination Date, payment may continue to be made for up to 30 days of inpatient services furnished on or after the Voluntary Termination Date.
