PUBLIC NOTICE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN (CIP) 2027 - 2031 Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Grandview, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Services Building at 1200 Main Street for the purpose of hearing citizens relative to the adoption of the 2027 - 2031 Capital Improvements Plan (CIP). This document is a multi-year plan of public physical improvements for the community. It sets forth proposed expenditures for systematically constructing, maintaining, upgrading and replacing the community's public facilities and infrastructure. Copies of the draft CIP document are available for review at the Municipal Services Building at 1200 Main Street.
