NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Grandview, Missouri herewith gives notice of public hearing to all persons having an interest in the commercial building located at 13010 White Street in Grandview, Missouri. The public hearing will begin on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7:30 PM before the Grandview Board of Alderman in the Council Chambers located in the Municipal Services Building, 1200 Main Street in Grandview, Missouri. This retaining wall at the above mentioned address was deemed a public nuisance on October 16, 2025, with orders to vacate, correct all code violations, and receive issuance of a certificate of occupancy from the City of Grandview prior to re-occupancy or to demolish said structure. All parties have an opportunity to be heard at this public hearing.
