NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Meeting Date: Friday, April 10, 2026 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is holding a public meeting on Friday, April 10, 2026, relating to the Missouri School Improvement Program (MSIP) 6 Comprehensive Guide as required by Section 161.092 (14) RSMo. This meeting will be conducted at the Missouri Research and Education Network, (MOREnet), 221 North Stadium Boulevard, Columbia, MO 65203. The meeting is scheduled from 10:00 – 11:30. The meeting room will open for public seating at 9:30 a.m. A tentative agenda is as follows: 1. Summary of changes to the Comprehensive Guide used for the 2026 MSIP 6 Annual Performance Report (APR) and classification of school districts 2. Receipt of public commentIndividuals who are unable to provide testimony at the public meeting may submit comment to the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in writing to P.O. Box 480, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0480 or by email at msip@dese.mo.gov by close of business on April 24, 2026.
