NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Grandview Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15 at 6:00 PM in the Board Chambers in Grandview City Hall located at 1200 Main Street, Grandview, Missouri, to consider the following:
Case Number ZBA26-01: Area Variance for Sonny Hartman, 14108 Denver Road. An Area Variance request to be made exempt from the maximum square footage requirements for a detached garage in the R-1 Zoning District at 14108 Denver Road. The applicant looks to construct a detached garage not to exceed 1600 square feet.
The property is legally described as follows:
SOUTHERN ACRES LOT 29 (EX N 150' OF E THOF & EX E 5' OF S 154.3' IN ST) (KNOWN AS TR 1 ON CERT SUR S-2 PG-31)
