The 2026 Action Plan will be year five of the Five-Year Consolidated Plan (2022-2026). The prior noticed application for funding period was open on January 5, 2026 through February 17, 2026 and has an extended submission deadline to Tuesday, March 10, 2026 by 10:00 PM CST. NO FUNDING REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE EXTENDED DEADLINE.
