Dangerous Building Demolition & Removal The Director of Community Development of the City of Grandview, Missouri, will receive sealed bids for the demolition and removal of a fire damaged garage and the removal and proper disposal of all debris associated with the garage demolition at 14001 Dunham. Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of February, 2026 at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Grandview, Missouri 64030, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
