Request for Bidders Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the Missouri University of Science & Technology Missouri Rolla Building Northeast Addition Demolition located at 400 West 12th Street, Rolla, MO 65409. The project consists of a renovation of the existing facility. Attention to bidders is particularly called to the following requirements: This project is prevailing wage. Please follow Annual Wage Order 32 for Phelps County. This project is tax exempt. Please exclude sales tax from your proposal. This project requires SDVE business entity participation. Please acknowledge this on the bid form if your company meets this requirement. Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work: demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, door hardware, drywall, flooring, painting, wall protection, HVAC, electrical, communications, earthwork, and landscaping. Pre-Bid Meeting: will be held Wednesday, February 11th, at 10:00 a.m. at 400 West 12th Street, Rolla, MO 65409.
