Public Notice February 6, 2026 Pursuant to the provisions of Title 42 Section 441.304(f), Code of Federal Regulations, public notice is given regarding the submission of the Comprehensive and Community Support Waiver renewal applications and the Partnership for Hope and Missouri Children's with Developmental Disabilities Waiver amendments to align with the renewals. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) require public input during the development of a waiver renewal or a waiver amendment with substantive changes. Stakeholders are being asked to provide public input and comments to allow Missouri to submit these applications. Current waiver participants will not lose eligibility or waiver participation with these renewals and amendments.
