Interested persons may file between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the first day of filing and on regular business days, during limited office hours as noted below, and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the last day of filing, at 13015 10th Street, Grandview, Missouri.
